Our Central Services team provides centralised support to the Group. A career with us provides the chance to work with colleagues across our global offices. We provide support across technology & business systems, communications & marketing, finance and general office administration.

Role overview

We have a unique opportunity to lead our day to day Operations & Business Support team. The role will primarily involve the development of our pan-islands operations and business support function with oversight and management of following core functions:

  • Management of administrator assistant and credit controller
  • Company secretarial duties for in-house non-lead licensee companies, including maintenance of statutory records for in-house companies
  • Maintenance of banking platforms and relationship status
  • Management bank requests for information where Praxis has an introducer status
  • Authorised B Signatory responsibilities

In addition, the following can form part of the task list, subject to workload:

  • Assisting client administration teams with requests for statutory changes
  • Assisting client administration teams with completion of termination check-lists

Education and Experience

  • Educated to ‘A’ Level standard and studying for a relevant professional qualification/or the attainment of a relevant professional qualification
  • Guernsey company secretarial experience
  • A minimum of five years’ relevant experience

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good letter writing skills
  • Good numeracy and computer skills
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Previous experience in an operation role
  • Good team player
